PPSA THIRSTY THURSDAY — OCTOBER 1ST

We’re ending our 2026 Thirsty Thursday season with a fun one!

Join the Professional Photographers of San Antonio on Thursday, October 1st for an evening photo shoot at the Hays Street Bridge.

 Photo Shoot: 6:30 PM–7:30 PM

We’ll have models dressed in bold, colorful, funky, retro-inspired looks for an urban photo shoot around the bridge and surrounding area. Bring your camera, your favorite lens, and whatever lighting you want to experiment with. This is meant to be a relaxed evening to shoot, try something different, and just have some fun with other photographers.

Sunset is right around 7:30 PM, so when we wrap up, we’ll walk over to:

 Alamo Beer Company
 7:30 PM until whenever

We have permission to park at Alamo Beer Company before the shoot, so you can park there, walk over to the bridge, and then come back afterward for drinks, food, conversation, and probably a little too much discussion about cameras.

No RSVP is necessary. We have plenty of room.

And remember, Thirsty Thursday is open to everyone, not just PPSA members. If you know another photographer who might enjoy it, invite them! It’s a great way to introduce someone to PPSA, meet our members, and hopefully get them to join us at one of our meetings.
